The congregation shall have a General Board that shall be responsible to the congregation and
have authority to act for the congregation when it is not in a congregational meeting.
The General Board shall recognize that in accordance with the traditions of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) the final authority of the local church shall rest with the congregation.
The membership of the General Board is defined in the Bylaws in Article V, Section C. The membership includes:
