2013 Staff Evaluations

Please assist our staff and our personnel committee by participating in the annual performance evaluation process.

These evaluations will help develop our staff and our church. By seeking input from you, we can provide meaningful feedback on the strengths and areas for improvement for staff development.

While completing the review, please keep in mind the evaluation period is from January 1 – December 31, 2013.

If you have knowledge of our staff performance, please complete a review for the following staff member by March 9, 2014 using the links provided below.
